This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Fineguard Group, which comprise Fineguard Industries Sdn Bhd and its group of companies including subsidiaries and related companies (collectively, “Fineguard”, “us”, “our” or “we”) processes information collected from all individuals who browse, use or access our site at www.fineguard.com.my (the “Site”), and/or individuals who register for an account with Fineguard and use our services (collectively, “Users”, “you”, “your”), pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). We may ‘process’ your Personal Data by collecting, recording, holding, storing, using and/or disclosing it.

 

1. Personal Data collected by Fineguard

Personal Data refers to any information in our possession from which individuals can be identified, whether from that information or from other information in our possession. We may collect personal data from you in a variety of ways, including but not limited to information which you provide to us when you visit our Site, contact us with inquiries or requests, register for an account on the Site, as well as information collected in the ordinary course of your relationship with us in connection with any activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.
